Reservation Policy, Timeliness and Last Orders
We value your experience and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you plan to arrive on time for your reservation.

Important Details:
Arrival Time:  Please arrive at the scheduled time of your reservation. This allows us to prepare for your visit and serve you promptly.

Last Orders:  Please note that the kitchen will take the last orders at 8:30 PM. To fully enjoy your meal, we recommend arriving well in advance of this time.

** Please inform us if you will be late, or any changes need to be made, and we will do our best to accommodate.

** Reservations can be guaranteed up to 30 minutes past each seating time. Any time beyond that, we may release the reservation or serve a more limited menu at our discretion.


No Refunds on Reservations: Please be aware that all reservations are NON REFUNDABLE. Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, a fee of 1,000 baht per person will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it helps us manage our resources effectively.

Postponement of Reservations: If you need to postpone your reservation, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other guests and manage our scheduling efficiently.

We are unable to accommodate vegan, dairy-free, Gluten-free, Lactose-free or halal.
Any other dietary restrictions, allergies, or dislikes must be informed at the time of making the reservation. Use the notes section to inform of any requests and we will do our best to accommodate.

We can accommodate children aged 5 or older and will provide them with menu options as available.

Corkage charge policy:
At Na-oh Bangkok, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To maintain the quality of our service and offerings, we have established the following corkage fee policy.

Corkage Fees:

– A corkage fee of 1,000 Baht will be applied for each bottle of WINE brought into the establishment.
– A corkage fee of 2,500 Baht will be applied for each bottle of WHISKY brought into the establishment.

Outside Food and Beverages:
We kindly request that guests do not bring any food or beverages from outside. This policy helps us ensure the quality and safety of the dining experience we provide.

Dress code: Our dress code is smart casual. We do not permit sportswear, beach clothing, slippers, beach sandals and flip-flops. Gentlemen must avoid any sleeveless clothing, shorts, and open shoes.
